This represents the banking giants/offshore banks ( federal reserve)....that pretty much have the reigns.

This is done from scratch in photoshop, its vector art. I wanted this to be clean and simple and fun :) and to have a slight vintage offset look with some halftoning.

I have had so many people ask for a picture of the work in progress, and how I do this. Here is a photo of the portrait I finished today. After painting myself in Corel Painter, I printed it out and then began to use charcoal for shadowing, and darkness around the eyes. I proceeded to use a sketch and wash pencil, then light water color for final blending.
